Hello,
I’m having an issue accessing my Documents folder. This also prevents me from installing a software that needs to access this folder. I’m not sure what caused the bug ;-((.
When I click on the Documents folder via File Explorer, a message appears:
The syntax of the filename, directory, or volume is incorrect.
The access path in the error message is as follows C:\Users\username\C:\Users\username\Documents
It should logically indicate C:\Users\username\Documents
Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance

Hello.
Press the Windows and R keys, type shell:personal (OK)
Press Ctrl + A to select all the content of the Documents folder, then right-click to copy, paste the content into an empty temporary folder, and exit the window.
Launch Windows Explorer, right-click on the Documents folder -> Properties
Click on the Location tab then on Restore Defaults
Apply -> OK
If the data has disappeared, just copy it back.

Thank you, but it didn't work. Once the command was launched, an explorer window opened, the error message appeared, the content of the window was empty, and my cursor was spinning in vain.
