Hello, my flat screen TV, I don't have the model because it's from disabled people, goes black after more sound and then turns off by itself. This happens almost every day at the same time. I removed the game mode and it seems to work, but I would like to know what to do. Thank you. If you need more information, here is my email address: ***@***

Configuration: Android / Chrome 77.0.3865.116

Is there a factory reset mode?

Not at all, I think it comes from game mode, so I'll check today, thanks otherwise no idea.

    Hello,
Check that the scheduled stop is not configured, see the menu.

No, I don't see how this can be programmed because in the settings there are only image, sound, sound output, game mode, subtitles, audio, and network.

Without having the complete reference for this TV, I won't be able to help you further, but:
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "return to factory settings" or "initial configuration" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Yes, it's working, I just think that you didn't follow the procedure for resetting or restoring your TV to its factory settings.
