Hello,
Silly question! I bought wireless headphones from the Liberty Play brand, the headphones have no battery left but the charging case still has some charge, but I don't know how to get the case to start charging the headphones! The manual mentions a blue light but I only have a green light that turns on when I press the button... help me...

    You just have to press the button on the back of the box and it charges the earbuds. As for me, I can't seem to charge the case. You plug it in and does it charge by itself? Because it has been stuck at 72% since yesterday...

      Simply by pressing the button, it will turn off when the headphones are charged!!

      I also have the same problem, everything works perfectly except my box which has been indicating 67% for 3 hours and is not charging.
