Displaying series 4 on Samsung TV

Hello

Please, I need help regarding my Samsung TV. It displays images like "ads", appearing at the bottom and then to the left, and it says series 4, followed by hdmi3/movie/wide color enhancer...with images and I can't remember the rest.

It appears when I switch to hdmi 1. If someone could please provide a solution to remove this?

    Hello,
    You must be in "demo" or "showroom" mode, check the menu and select "family use" or "home"
