Hello,

I would like to use the Djay Algoriddim app to mix on my iPad Pro (2019).
To do this, I activate the Split Output Pre-Cueing feature and connect my jack splitter cable, plugging the first output into my Hi-Fi system and the second into my headphones.

Despite my careful reading and various attempts, I am unable to achieve the desired results:
- The "mix" output on the speakers
- The "cue" output in my headphones.

I wonder if it might be due to my audio splitter cable...
Algoriddim explains that when Pre-Cueing mode is activated, the app will send the "mix" output to the left channel and the "cue" output to the right channel.
Is it possible that my cable duplicates both channels for each output, rather than simply separating the two channels (right (vs. left) to the new right output (vs. left)).

However, it seems to me that such a cable wouldn’t exist since it wouldn’t be useful for normal use at all?

As my iPad only has a USB-C output, I also use a USB-C to Jack adapter before my audio splitter. Could that be causing my issue? (I don’t think that’s the case, but I’m considering possibilities...)

Finally, it’s possible to adjust certain settings of this famous Pre-Cueing function. Maybe I need to modify them?

I’m attaching an image of my wiring for clarity, as well as the settings for the pre-listening feature.

Thank you in advance,

TONY

PS: I have already tried swapping the two inputs.
