Disable phono preamp on turntable

Hello,

Let me explain, I already have a Marantz CD player + Marantz amplifier + speakers, and now I bought a DENON turntable which has a built-in phono preamp, but since my amplifier also has a phono input, the preamp of the turntable will be useless, right? Or worse, could it create noise or something like that? Is there a way to not use the built-in phono preamp and just use the one from my amplifier?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.7

Not if the built-in preamp of the turntable is of good quality. Denon being a reputable brand, I think you will have good sound quality.

    Hello
Only a technician could make this modification; the best thing is to use the board as it is on an auxiliary input of the amp.
    Best regards

Hello and thank you for your response. Will using an auxiliary input as you say affect the sound quality or not, by using the built-in preamp?
