SIM card disconnection

Hello.

I have a Samsung S8 and a Free SIM card.
For the past few months, my SIM card has been disconnecting by itself without me touching it. To reconnect it, I either have to re-enter the PIN code if it prompts me, or I have to restart the phone, or I have to take out and put back the card to re-enter the PIN code.
What could this be related to? Phone or SIM?
Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

Very difficult to answer this question.
The SIM card may be defective, but I don't really believe that.

The issue of the SIM card being reported as absent while it is indeed present has been mentioned multiple times on forums dedicated to Samsung; for example here. There is no mention of an incompatibility with cards from a particular operator.
I personally have a Galaxy A5 2016. I encounter this problem from time to time, once or twice a year.
I remove the card, clean it with a dry paper towel. I blow out the slot with a can of compressed air (to be used from a distance with caution: beware of the extremely cold liquid gas that may come out).
Finally, it is essential to avoid touching the contacts when reinserting the card.
I add that recently it was the SD card that also had a contact issue: same treatment and it worked again.
