I can't access the settings of my Android smart TV.

Hello,

I haven't been able to access the settings of my Android smart TV for over 5 days because an error message pops up every second, with another error message stating that the android.process.media process has stopped and the com.google.process.gapps process has stopped. I don't know what to do; I also can't reset it manually or perform the backup that is being recommended.... The smart TV turns off every 5 minutes and is almost inaccessible via the remote. I'm really seeking help to resolve these two Android error messages on my Android smart TV. Thank you for your promptness and effectiveness in providing me with very clear answers to solve this issue.

    Hello,

    If you have any devices connected to this TV, unplug them all and try again.

    OK, I'll try it but I'm almost discouraged because I've tried everything else except this.. So I hope to be able to enter my TV settings and solve the problem. Thank you.
