quitte tes applications et navigateur et fix les lignes ci dessus

Désactivation de services :
Menu Démarrer >>> Exécuter >>> tape dans la fenêtre: services.msc >>> valide.
Dans la liste affichée, recherche et arrête ce service:
EasyBits Services for Windows NT (ezntsvc)

télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

Citation :

C:\Windows\system32\spooIsv.exe
C:\Windows\system32\ezNTSvc.exe

clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

puis passe ceci et poste le rapport :

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.

* Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer
* Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
* Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo
* Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
* Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers
* Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique OK
* Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse

Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

* lance AVG Anti-Spyware et clique sur le bouton Mise à jour. Patiente

Sur la page "analyse":

•- tu choisis d'abord l'onglet "paramètres".
- sous « Comment réagir » clic sur « Actions recommandées » et dans le menu déroulant, choisir « Supprimer »

Ps : une fois le scan terminé tu supprime bien tout ce qu´il a trouvé.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Je suis le voisin de Figarette et actuellement, ils sont dans l'impossibilite de se connecter a internet
La connection a la 9box se fait mais pas a internet, donc ils passent par moi
On a essaye de faire ce qui a ete demande avec SDfix mais on arrive pas a ouvrir le dossier runthis... Il tente de s'ouvrir mais il se coupe aussitot, on a utilise la commande modifier et tout un tas de trucs s'affiche mais on ne veux pas y toucher
Que faut il faire? Surtout sans connection internet?

•- tu choisis d'abord l'onglet "paramètres".
- sous « Comment réagir » clic sur « Actions recommandées » et dans le menu déroulant, choisir « Supprimer »

Ps : une fois le scan terminé tu supprime bien tout ce qu´il a trouvé.

Bonjour, c'est de nouveau le voisin de figarette
La connection internet ne revenant pas, ils m'ont demandes de vous expliquer qu'ils ont bien essayes ce qui a ete faits mais le probleme c'est qu'apres avoir telecharges les fichiers demandes, internet se coupe et il est impossible d'arriver a se reconnecter, ou alors par intermittance, et en general, ils n'ont pas le temps de repondre

alors pour le probleme de connection j´ai ceci :

* Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

* Double clique combofix.exe.
* Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
* Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Combofix n'a rien supprimé, mais son rapport montre des restes.

et puis apres avoir passé combofix passe celui la :

le tuto est en anglais pour winsockfix mais en gros il te demande de faire une sauvegarde du registre avant de le passer...

Tout d'abord merci Mok's@ pour ton aide mais en fait on a encore besoin de toi, voila, je n'arrive pas a telecharger les fichiers demandes et que Figarette compte reinitialiser le PC, on a essaye un anti virus du nom de Bitdefender, mais le probleme de connection est toujours la, donc on pense que la reintialisation mais faut il reformate le PC et est ce que ça supprimera definitivement les virus?

si nous n'arrivons pas a faire ce que tu nous conseil on pense réinitialiser l'ordinateur. Nous avons les CD de réinitialisation peut tu nous donner la procédure et que si on perd la connexion notre voisin nous feras suivre tes instructions.
