Hello,
My Brother DCP-7055 printer is not printing anymore.
Printer message "No paper" even though the tray is full.
Thanks to anyone who can help.

Configuration: Linux / Firefox 69.0

      Hello,
      The proposed solutions have all been tried but unfortunately without success.
      It's as if the printer doesn't go "looking for the paper or can't go get it."

    If it's a mechanical issue ... which is quite possible, the case is more "serious" and perhaps we need to go through customer service to see at what price

      It does indeed seem to be a mechanical problem. We have requested help from a professional. We are awaiting their diagnosis.

      I think, but that's just my opinion, that we should consider replacing this machine because the cost of repairs may reach half, if not more, of the price of a new printer ??
