Scam network sex?

Hi, I'm reaching out to you because I read another discussion but I don't see if it has been resolved.

So last year, my friends and I signed up on "réseauxbaise.fr", we created an account, etc., and we entered the banking details of my card (which is expired, I have a new one since). I also deleted the email address linked to the accounts.
Anyway, I just received a letter from Germany supposedly from a "law firm" claiming the amount of about 185 euros and I don't see why because they say we took a premium subscription, but we signed up and never used the site..
So if you also received this letter, did you refund, or what?

    Hello,

Completely useless email, of course, a bit like this "site", with less vulgarity...!

Yes, but I mean I actually received a letter at home x) should I take it seriously? After all, it wasn't registered, just a piece of paper with the amount and at the end under the signature "lawyers" and a signature lol

Ok, thanks because the letter is quite frightening at first glance "forced to go to court, etc." but it's fine if it's a fake, thanks!

Hello, I have also reported the site to the ministry for fraud. They told me to file a complaint for harassment with the letters and emails I received. This site is a scam and is full of fake profiles.

Same thing on my side as many of you.
Follow-up emails demanding an amount of about €90.
In May 2021, a postal letter from a law firm in Munich requesting the amount of €171.14, which I transferred as a precaution, but this month, with a deadline approaching on August 24, 2021, again the €171.14...
An appointment with a lawyer who will be happy to send them a letter requesting a refund of the first payment...
      We'll see what happens next...

I am also being harassed by emails from the law firm AUER WHITTE THIEL in Munich following a subscription to a dating site headquartered in Munich, which I canceled in May 2021 after signing up in April. This site made two withdrawals in May and June of €39.90 each. I closed this account to stop further charges. I received reminder letters from the site in English. Since September, it is the law firm that has been harassing me despite my explanation that I canceled with the ticket number and the time of receipt of my unsubscribe request. However, the site claims that I missed the deadline, so the contract continues. But I will not pay; I have kept all the emails, even from members who were all foreigners from Eastern countries.

Hello bluefire54, to avoid spending money on a lawyer, you can also file an opposition with your bank! IT WORKS!
    Best regards, pat 75
