How to reset the default settings of the rule in WORD 2007

Hello,
Following an incorrect manipulation (which I did not notice), the horizontal ruler in WORD is completely misaligned:
instead of displaying from 0 to 16 cm, it displays from 1200 to 1800
How can I reset it to its original values?
What is the procedure to follow?

    I would say that you are no longer displaying in Centimeters. Check your options:
    Office Button => Word Options, Advanced Options
    Section Display => Show measurements in:...
