Pioneer Car Radio ERROR-10 Issue

Hello,

I have a Pioneer MVH-390BT car radio, but I'm experiencing a problem with the Bluetooth; it keeps displaying "ERROR-10" with all phones, even though everything worked perfectly before without any issues.

I tried a RESET of the car radio and a software update, which worked for a few days, and then the error came back.

Do you have any ideas? I'm afraid the Bluetooth module itself might be dead!

    Thank you for your reply, unfortunately, it is no longer under warranty!

    I have already seen that in the manual, but it hasn't changed since it’s basically just turning it off and on again lol, unless I misunderstood!

    I still sent a message to Pioneer, you never know if the problem is recognized by them..

      In this case, the car radio has an issue, and you need to check with the distributor or an authorized Pioneer service center as indicated in the screenshot.
