DYMO TETRATAG Printing Issue

Hello,
I have a DYMO LETRATAG label maker.
The batteries are new, the ribbon cassette is new, and I have cleaned the printer head as instructed, but here's the thing: when I print a text or anything else, I only get the bottom half of the ribbon printed.
Despite searching for a solution, I am still unable to resolve my issue.
If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate them.

    Hello,

    Before you changed the ribbon, was it working well?
    It might be the ribbon that has a problem, even if it’s new.

      I will change it again tomorrow and keep you updated. It's the one from work, and I have the same one at home that has never had this kind of problem. I'll try swapping the tapes or putting in a new one.

      I also have a Dymo LetraTag that I bought over 5 years ago. It printed really poorly. I changed the cartridge, but it was still the same.

      I went to the store to ask about it, and the guy suggested changing the batteries, since it's a built-in laser printer.

      I did that, and it works really well again. No need to write everything by hand this year for school.
