No internet, house light off

Hello,
I haven't had internet for 7 days on my desktop PC and, having despaired after trying all the solutions online (reset, entering codes in cmd, etc.), I'm turning to you.
I should mention that I am a complete newbie when it comes to computers. My PC was working through an Ethernet connection (without major issues for the past 5 years) when suddenly the network switched to "unidentified," "no internet." I use devolo 650+ powerline adapters, and the house-shaped light is off. I've tried to reset it, but I'm not sure if the procedure worked since I did it using a video and my adapters only have one button compared to others that apparently have two. The user manual I find online doesn't explain how to reset the adapters.
Additional information: I am with Numericable and using Windows 10, and my PC is very old and having issues at the moment.

I have several questions: what should I do? Could it be that my network card is dead?

Thank you for your attention
Best regards

Hello,

You should first bring the PC closer to the Box or the Box closer to the PC, or use a long RJ45 cable to check the connection... by connecting the two directly... and see if the connection works..? or not..?

Do these devolo 650+ powerline adapters work with this PC for the past five years as well..?
Has anything been moved in this setup, even just changing the outlet?
Or any new installations in the house..? electrical work, adding devices..?
Since when have you been on Windows 10..?

Send a readable screenshot of your "Device Manager"... particularly expanding the network adapter ... that you paste here.
