DEVOLO 200mbps: "Home" light off...

Hello,

Having just received a new desktop computer, my father brought me some Devolo 200 MBPS powerline adapters. Last night, we tested it: it worked. We were in the same house, my computer was just above (first floor): we plugged it in downstairs, under the desk where the Neufbox SFR is located and everything worked. This morning, everything worked as well. This afternoon, I decided to go to the "second" house, to my room, to test the connection. I moved everything, reconnected it, and then, the "home" light on the adapter is no longer on, and neither is the other one, by the way. I went back to the first house, to the 1st floor, we reconnected everything, but the "home" light still won't turn on. We switched outlets, tested it on another desktop computer, same thing. We left the adapters unplugged for nearly half an hour, but still nothing...

We racked our brains and tried again, we can't find anything... Normally, the electrical network is the same. Is it possible that something burned inside when unplugging and plugging it back in?

For your information: my computer says that my connection is public, that it is inaccessible, and I have no internet.

Your help would be really appreciated! I’m sorry if this topic has been addressed before, I searched the forum but I don't think I've seen my case...
