Hello =)

I'm currently facing a small problem with my Windows 10.

Indeed, I need to add local users on my machine through the computer management tool (File Explorer -> This PC (Right click) -> Manage). The management window opens up with all the tools (Storage, Task Scheduler, Performance...) but normally the "Users and Groups" tool should be present along with the two folders of the same name.

I have touched all the display settings and tried all the options (View, Action...) in that same window. But there's no way to find or display the section I'm looking for.

I know that it's possible to create local users via the Windows 10 settings (Start menu -> Settings -> Accounts...) but this method (too graphical and generic for my taste) doesn't allow me to make all the modifications I want.

I have a Windows 10 Home that is activated (provided with my portable machine).

I am also providing you with two screenshots: one representing the option available in Windows 7 and the second: the option missing on my Windows 10.

You'll notice my expert level on Paint xD

Thank you very much for your help =)

Hello,

The feature you are looking for is not available by default in the Windows Home version; you need to install it.
