Hello, I bought a new electric scooter and charged it fully as indicated in the manual. Once the charging was complete, I tried the scooter and nothing happened; it turns on but doesn't move. Is there any manipulation to do other than accelerating?

What is the exact brand and model of the scooter?

You just need to contact the site or go to the store where you bought it; this scooter is a pale imitation of the Xiaomi M365 whose color schemes it mimics. According to reviews online, it has quite a few issues, as the quality is not there.
