Hello, I have a problem with my electric scooter, it moves by itself and I don't know what to do. It started when I painted my scooter, I disconnected the wires and when I reconnected them it started moving by itself, so I would like to know

I have the same problem as you
The electric wires of my scooter are cut
I have 2 brown wires and 2 orange wires coming from the accelerator and the same goes for the motor
I connected all the brown wires together and all the orange wires together
The motor starts when I push it but I can't stop it
Does anyone have an idea on how to solve my problem?
