Electric scooter wiring

Hello,
I just bought a Speed Xtreme scooter, and I've noticed that the ignition switch has three positions: off, on, and on with a small logo that looks like the car headlight pictogram.
1st question: What is the purpose of the on position with the small logo?
2nd question: Noticing that the on position with the small logo tended to have a poor contact, I disassembled it and saw that there was one wire on each of the three terminals of the ignition switch, but the white one was cut. So how does it work in there?
3rd question: In principle, is there a position on the ignition switch for charging, or can it be set to off, on, or on+logo interchangeably?

    simple the red thread is a plus + in contact with the white starts the scooter (position on) position off scooter stopped position with logo shows what remains of battery charge
