Evbda.sys driver issue

Hello, hello,
After an update that apparently went wrong, suddenly my PC is dead.
I try the famous CTRL + Alt + Del. Nothing.
I think the problem must be serious and force a shutdown.
On reboot, I think to myself: "Oops, I might have made a mistake." Indeed, black screen, then blue with among other things the message:

Your PC needs to be repaired... Because a critical system driver is missing or has errors.
File: /Windows/system32/drivers/evbda.sys
Error code: 0xc0000185

After a little tour in the BIOS without changing anything essential. Some startups, restarts, etc. And knowing the difficulty of Windows 8.1 even to offer me safe mode, I start to worry that I'm in deep trouble. After a while, I finally manage to get to safe mode, without results AND then suddenly it launches an auto repair. Clever! I let it run for a good hour. I know that in computing sometimes you just have to be very patient. A virtue that bore fruit since I finally manage to get my desktop back. Except that, yes but no. It is now extremely slow, extremely. It doesn't launch all the programs and even CTRL/Alt/Del causes it to crash for 10 minutes.
Nevertheless, I still have access to run and command prompt.
If it deigns to launch a program. I tried to run a Windows update. No success. No way to access a page/window.

So thank you very much if you find a solution to this problem. Ideally without too much difficulty or fuss. Which would only displace or create other problems.
Have a great day :)

Configuration:
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Intel Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 8.0GB RAM, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 780.

Hello,

Try going into safe mode:

From there, uninstall the update.

Otherwise, it's a Broadcom driver.
S3 ebdrv; C:\Windows\system32\drivers\evbda.sys [3286016 2009-06-10] (Broadcom Corporation)

If you can enter safe mode, you can disable the network card, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi related to Broadcom.
This can be done from the device manager.
Then see if it boots.

~~

Finally, if system restore is active.
You can also restore.

Try a Windows system restore that allows you to return to a previous restore point (if available) to get a functional Windows back.
=> how to restore Windows and System Restore
=> https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/windows/147-restaurer-windows-avec-les-points-de-restauration/

To do this:

On your keyboard, press Windows + R
type rstrui.exe and OK.
Follow the instructions.

"The restore point has failed.
(C:/$Recycle.bin/S-1-5-21-85607952 and it continues with a series of numbers)
This incident may be caused by damaged sectors. Run chkdsk /R on this drive, and then restart the restore."
I remain positive, but it's starting to worry me.
