Never order on this site, I ordered a Margot bed in taupe color and received it in gray. No professionalism, it's a shame.

    I completely agree... They claim to offer delivery for 49€ in front of your building, but what they don’t say is that you’ll be unable to put the package in an elevator and it’s impossible to carry the weight up two floors. With a delivery person who tells you so himself and won’t make any effort, rude and who moans because people are honking (maybe his first delivery, haha)... In short, a huge, huge DISGRACE about this company which will never refund your shipping costs—let’s at least hope they refund the sofa. Note that if they operate like this for everything and repeatedly deliver the same item, they could do promos since their products are already well paid at 49€ delivery to the foot of the building. SHAME on Maison du Monde, Boulanger and others are at 29€ with you!!!! Oh yes, not to order on this site—read what I’m reading, they are more of a scam than others... Consider this a warning! Think twice!

    Hello, I ordered the MARGOT bed in taupe on 08/09 and I received it on 12/09, but before ordering I looked at all the reviews and I called DecoinParis directly. I asked how the delivery works and they explained everything to me kindly, and they even called today to check if the delivery went well and to see if there were any issues with any parts or the bed itself. He/they is a good seller.

      Ahhhh... Another 'satisfied' client.. A bit surprising when you read other many testimonies that really don't go in the same direction..

      It smells like FAKE...

      Stop lying, same for me I called them but delivery and the call when I’m at work, yes hello I am in front of your house. They told me they are aware at the carrier, no delivery on weekends.

    This concerns a Non-Conformity object of Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code..     READ THEM..

    You have a legal right to replacement, if you wish (repair being excluded..).

    The return is at no cost to you.. And if you have nothing then after 30 days you can terminate the Contract. A refund must follow..

    You have all the elements to draft a Formal Notice to replace.. Ground the text on the relevant Articles. Send by Registered Mail!

    Hello, you are right. I ordered a sofa bed. After 8 months the seat springs gave way (I weigh 68 kg and I don’t have any children). No need to contact them, you have nobody. To be avoided.
