Hello,
It's been a while since my Epson printer has been sending me "ET 11" alarm messages and I don't really know what that means. Now it doesn't work anymore.
My printer is an Epson ET 2550
Configuration: Android / Chrome 49.0.2623.91

Hello,
Here is the manual for your printer https://files.support.epson.com/docid/cpd4/cpd42915.pdf
It should be E-11 and not ET11...?
It's indicated on page 190.
It’s a matter of the ink pad being saturated with ink... because you've done too much cleaning of the nozzles or your printer has already been heavily used...
The real solution is to change it... You need to open the printer and go underneath at the back to change it, and it’s a very messy job... do you feel capable of doing that..?

Thank you for your help. Now the only problem is that I don't know where to find another stamp.... do you think it would be available at the store where I bought it?
There might be a small hatch on the back of the printer... If so, it is possible to take the drainage hose and divert it to a plastic bag, similar to a blood bag or another bag... And the overflow will go into this bag, which can avoid having to change the felt... but it's less clean and it might leak...
