Hello,
When my son's phone goes to sleep, it always asks for the PIN code that I set in the screen lock menu using Family Link.
Is it possible to disable the lock permanently, as Family Link only offers me to activate it with a new code?

Hello,
it's very simple. First, swipe down from the top of your laptop screen, then tap on the settings icon. Next, tap on "Security." Once you're in the Security menu, tap on "Set up SIM lock" and then on "Lock SIM card" to disable the function. Finally, enter your PIN and tap OK. You can now return to the main menu and if all goes well, the PIN won't bother you anymore! I hope I have been helpful. See you soon!
