Technical issue PENTAX X5

Hello,
I am having an issue with the setup of my PENTAX X5 camera. It is stuck on startup (cap removed) while, upon turning it on, it asks me to confirm the removal of the lens cap (the batteries are new).
Do you see what this could be and how to unblock it?

Are you sure you've placed all the batteries in the right orientation..?

Or maybe there's dirt, or you're putting your hand in front of the lens..

How old is he..?

Thank you for your response, but unfortunately the batteries are in the correct position; it's been 3 years without a scratch, without dirt and without intensive use... it took 4 pictures and suddenly froze...

My Pentax just did the same thing to me.

OK, I don't see what could be happening.

You can remove the batteries for an hour and then restart it..
You can also change the memory card, maybe that's what's blocking it..??
Or it got too hot during the heatwave... (or not) and it's broken... that happens too..
You have a CD provided with it, there's a PDF manual inside, check if there are any instructions..? like resetting it.
