How to connect Under Control multi-gaming wireless controller to PS3 and Switch

Actually, I believe it’s not charged even though I had plugged it in; now it’s charging on the PS3 that’s on, the lights are still blinking, so the charging works...
I’ve gone over your advice!
For the Switch, I had already gone to Nintendo "how to sync Nintendo pro controller?
However, for PS3, I had already found this advice but I didn’t know that you had to turn off the console with the controller connected via USB and then turn it back on a second time!!!
Moreover, when I read all the reviews/questions to the answers you gave me, I see that none managed to get the second light to turn on like when the controller is recognized as the second player; whereas in my case, this light stays on without blinking!!!
So, unless I’m mistaken, I think I’ve managed to connect it to one of the consoles!? However, I couldn’t get the "reset" to work when it was connected to the PS3!...
I think the first issue comes from the charging; I am currently resolving it;
My first issue for Switch is that I don’t know which button corresponds to Start and Select?!?
And the second, for PS3, the buttons "Start" / "Select" / "PS3" / - and +.
To really conclude, therefore, I’m waiting for it to finish charging and I will try all this again!!! In the meantime, if you have the answer to my questions about the buttons, it would help me a lot because in the steps to connect on Nintendo with the Switch, I believe, at some point, you have to use one of those buttons...

So, step by step:

I'm really having trouble finding your model... Did you rewrite the name exactly as it's on the packaging?
Finally, I don't think it will be a problem: there's a constant with game controllers; Select on the left, Start on the right. There's no reason it shouldn't be the case for you...

If your controller has several buttons that look similar (four buttons, two on each side), but they have absolutely no icons, the Start and Select buttons will be the largest, and the smaller ones will be respectively "-" and "+".

To clarify, plus is usually on the right, minus is on the left.

/!\ If you only have two buttons, then you actually have, on the left, a button that functions as Select/-
And on the right, a button that functions as Start/+ /!\

For the "PS" button on the controller, it is always the round button in the center of the controller (not the one that you can turn in every direction, that's what we call the "Directional Stick").
We are really talking about a button in the strictest sense of the term).

The other name for the PS button is also "Home Button".

If you instead have a button (regardless of size) with a small house image, then it's definitely this one.

Secondly:

You mentioned that you charged your controller?

I allowed myself to raise this point because I had a joke about it a long time ago:
I thought I had bought a wireless controller (so with a rechargeable battery) and I realized that it had to be connected with its cable to work... because it had no battery.

Since I have a bit of trouble visualizing your model (and unfortunately, more description without a photo won't teach me more about this) I would like to tell you that if you charge it by connecting it to the console, that was probably your problem: it simply wasn’t turned on because there was no
battery.

Last point:

If your controller is blinking, it usually means that it's waiting for your instructions to synchronize.
Press the PS button, with your PS3 console turned on but not in sleep mode: normally, your controller should stop blinking and have one solid light on (as long as you are using it, of course).
You will need to press the PS button every time you turn it on. That's what I do for mine.

As for the Switch, I don't have the console, so once you've seen whether or not you need to connect
your controller for it to work (i.e., whether it has a battery or not), here are two possibilities:

It works without being connected by a wire to a power source -> try the steps from the link I provided.

It works only if it is connected by a wire to the console or a powered-on computer ->
try the steps from the link I provided, but to connect the controller with a wire.
