Hello,

I would like to know who from my team has viewed a document on SharePoint. I know that we can be notified about file modifications or creations, but what about the opening of PDF documents or others?

Hello

Indeed, the alerts only pertain to the creation or modification of documents. It is possible to obtain statistics to see how many people have accessed this document. We cannot know who accesses a document in read-only mode.
