Hello
Help! For several days, I haven't been able to open my AOL mailbox on my Mac, my Samsung tablet, and my Xiaomi phone
It's hell!
A big thank you for your help
Sincerely yours
Please do not reply by email, I do not have access

Hello,
try this link. There, you will find the option to contact AOL:

Best regards.

How are you? Thank you for answering me
I managed to reconnect to my computer, but for how long?
However, it's impossible with my Samsung tablet and my XAOMI mobile
I contacted them (same way) but they couldn't give me a solution for my Mac..
So what about the rest??
If I change my address, will I lose my files??
I wonder if I have a virus
Sincerely yours ;-)
I hadn’t noted the “pseudo” of the request ;-)
I don’t think it’s a virus. That’s because your problem occurred on different devices, each with a different operating system. So, it’s very unlikely, since a virus is a program written specifically for a given OS. However, an issue with the AOL server is possible.
If you currently have a connection running with the Mac, I will review the account data and change the password quickly and first. Not the address. Choose a password that’s hard to crack.
Then, I will try again with the tablet and smartphone. If you have managed to retrieve all the emails and files locally on the Mac, it might even be useful to delete the accounts on the tablet and phone, then recreate them with the new password.
Have a good evening and good luck!
I haven't recovered it locally, I don't have access to the AOL account data; I only have the sign-up box, and no password works,
Kisses and thanks
PS to get "How it works," I had to go through my question; I couldn't log in!
For AOL, I don't know what to say, but I assume you tried to "Reset online"
I can't test anything myself on AOL, as I don't have an AOL account...
As for CCM,
Several people have been having connection issues on CCM lately.
I'll promptly report your issue to the people in charge of these cases...
