Unfortunately, in these two cases, it's really very complicated, if not impossible:
- If your Google account has been deleted
- If you deleted your Google account
However, if you forgot your password, there might be a glimmer of hope:
First, enter your email address:
Next, try your last password:
If that fails, enter the code received on your recovery email (if you have one):
If that fails, try to receive a code by phone (if you added one):
If that fails, try to remember the date you created your account:
Finally, as a last resort, enter your (other) email address and Google will contact you :( :
