Sound issue on the Imo app

Hello,

My brother installed imo on his iPhone but in every conversation, he can't hear us, but we can hear him. What should we do? Maybe he refused to enable the microphone when opening the app, how can we change his choice?

    Hello,

    The microphone activation can be verified in Settings > Privacy > Microphone. If "Imo" appears in the list, please make sure it is enabled.
