Connection failed to EchoSonic box

Hello,

I have an Echosonic Maos box that I cannot connect to Wi-Fi. I select the router, enter the Wi-Fi key but I’m still disconnected from the network... what should I do ?? Thanks

Configuration: Android / Chrome 75.0.3770.143

    Hello, did you put the key in uppercase? If not, then that's your problem and you just need to put it in UPPERCASE.
