MP5 car radio player without camera

Hello everyone! ????
I just bought a car MP5 player radio. Ensuring that it would work even without the camera, I decided to go for it (I didn't want to hassle with the installation of a camera since I admit I know nothing about more specific and technical wiring). I ended up buying the radio on Wish without the camera.
After receiving it, I hurried to install it; it works great, but the problem arises when I start driving.
As soon as I accelerate and shift into first gear, the unit keeps switching between video and radio (or Bluetooth depending on the mode I selected at startup) and it keeps doing this without stopping. If I turn it off without disconnecting it, it shuts down and goes into sleep mode and doesn't stop until I come to a stop, turn off the engine, or unplug it.
If I stay stationary, whether the engine is on or not, it works perfectly— the issue starts as soon as I begin to drive.
I'm reaching out to see if this could be related to the missing camera? Or the wiring (I kept the original connections as well)?
