Hello, be blessed!!!

I have a problem that I can't solve. Whenever I try to make changes on the computer (windows 7), every time the window "DO YOU WANT TO ALLOW THIS PROGRAM TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR COMPUTER?" appears, I can only respond "NO" because the "YES" box is not highlighted, I'm asked for the administrator password but I don't have a box to enter it!!! I'm completely stuck.

    Go to the 
    <Control Panel>
    , followed by 
    <User Accounts and Family Safety>
    , then 
    <User Accounts>
    .

    Then, look to the right and tell me what type of account you have.

    You have either: 
    <Standard User>
    or
    <Administrator>
