Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?
I know the question about removing this phrase has been asked at least a hundred times, but mine is different. Does anyone know the reasons for such a message?

Well, the reason for this message is that UAC is activated and that every time you open a program (this does not mean it is a malicious program), Windows alerts you if a program is going to make changes to the PC (specifically in the registry)! It’s up to you to confirm or refuse.
If you refuse, the program will close and will not be installed.
Games, for example, make changes in the registry, and if you do not allow it, the game cannot be installed, even though the program is not malicious.
