Hello,
I have a JBL Xtreme 2 that I use a lot. Then I turn it off, and when I plug it in, it turns on with a white light instead of blue. When I unplug it, it turns off. I really don't know why, even though all four LEDs are on and the fifth one is flashing. But 30 minutes later, it stops flashing, and my JBL doesn't work anymore, and I'm unable to connect via Bluetooth. What should I do?
Configuration: Android / Chrome 75.0.3770.101

Hello, first try to reset your JBL (press and hold the volume + and play/pause buttons) for 5 seconds, then let it charge. After that, check the version of your firmware with the JBL Connect app.
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.harman.ble.jbllink&hl=fr
iOS: https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/jbl-connect/id994041762
Logically, after that, your JBL should be functional again.

Your JBL is in "demonstration" mode, I've already tested several key combinations with mine and I get the same behavior by holding Connect+ + volume up, but note that it needs to be plugged in to return it to its original state.
