What did you send to your brother that he sent back to you and suddenly, it works? Could you give an example? Thank you.

Okay, so if nothing works, maybe try uninstalling Incredimail and then reinstalling it.
Sometimes that's enough to fix the problems.

I found a solution to copy and paste in IncrediMail. You just have to forward your email; you're not actually forwarding it, but you can copy your text and paste it later. This is the only solution I found that works.

I think it's a bug in Incredimail when updating to the new version. I have a second computer where I refuse any updates and have stuck to the version that's a year old, and everything works fine.
However, when you "catch" a new version that is incompatible with your computer's environment, there is no way back to the previous version.
I wrote to Incredimail, which gave me a solution that doesn't work.
So the first one who finds the real solution has my eternal gratitude.
( avoid going as far as reformatting the hard drive!... as for uninstalling/installing or restoring to an earlier date, that's been done too, not to mention everything I found on the net).

Yes indeed, it must be a problem with the update; everything was still working normally for me 48 hours ago and now I can no longer copy-paste from Incredimail to another application (and vice versa). I read elsewhere that the problem could be due to the download of "Open Office", so I uninstalled it but there was no change.

I left a message on the Incredimail support Facebook page (page in English) but I seriously doubt I will get a response.

I have the same problem with Incredimail + and Windows 8.1 64-bit. It's really annoying, it was so convenient before this problem.
