Copy-paste not possible

config>Windows 7 / Incredimail 2.0

Copy/paste not possible in Uncredimail.
Tried everything (keyboard shortcuts - complete uninstallation ...)
including HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Software --> Microsoft --> Windows --> CurrentVersion --> Internet Settings --> Zones.... but no L in Zones, only files 01-02-03-04

Hello,

I just found this solution on a forum; I had the same issue for several months:

*** reset Internet Explorer, even if it’s not your default browser: go to "Tools" (the little gear icon in the upper left) then, in "Internet Options", tab "Advanced", click on "Reset", then on "Apply" and finally on "OK"
Shut down the computer for a few minutes, reboot it and check...

All the other solutions had failed, and victory.

where do you want to copy from?
from IncrediMail or elsewhere?

What I mean is, do you want to copy a phrase from a website, Excel, or Word to IncrediMail, or the other way around?

Hello,

It's impossible to copy/paste anything to or from Incredimail.
I think I have exhausted all the solutions proposed in the forums.

Everything was working well for many years until recently.
Maybe there's a bug in the new version of Incredimail 2?

I have already completely uninstalled and reinstalled Incredimail multiple times without any results. The copy/paste function still doesn't work.

Let's hope you get a useful response.
I also wrote to Incredimail in English, and I received quite some time later a lesson on how to copy/paste with the keyboard or mouse... I kind of felt like I was being treated like an idiot.
I'll try again in case they have a less robotic response.

Yes, strangely, I also installed Incredimail for friends and everything is normal. We need to find in which case the bug occurs.

I had the same issue with my brother, I sent him a big copy/paste that he forwarded back to me and everything went back to normal for him (sic;). Best regards.

As you said, Henri, we need to figure out in what case this bug occurs.

I see that you have Windows 7; I have Windows 8.
I have the same version of Incredimail: 2.0.

I might try a system restore.

At my place, the restorations didn't yield anything; they may have been on dates later than that of the Incredimail loading showing an "incompatibility." My email: ***@*** Best regards Henry

It's very simple. Clean the inside of your mouse. (and the outside hehe)
I did it and my copy/paste works again. I had been looking for the solution for several days.
