Hello,
when I plugged in my iPhone to charge, a window appeared saying "accessory may not be supported." When I press the OK button, the window doesn't go away, and the iPhone stays stuck, but it is charging. When I unplug the charger, nothing happens; the same window keeps appearing. If this has happened to you before, could you please tell me what to do? Thank you.
Best regards, Anaïs

Hello,
To avoid this alert, it is recommended to use MFi certified chargers (Made For iPhone / iPad / iPod).
To unlock your iPhone, force restart it by holding the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
