Hello,

Here is my problem. I ordered a soccer outfit on July 2, 2019, for my son's birthday from the site jersey sports.shop.
However, several things are concerning me: I haven't received any confirmation email for my order, and nothing appears on their site. (I only have the history on my computer showing that the order was placed). I tried to contact the seller, but surprise: no means of contact. No email, no phone, no address.
While doing some research, I realize this is a website that has changed its name several times. I am really afraid that I will never receive my order, yet the money has already been directly deducted.

Here is my question: Does anyone know what can be done? Knowing that I only have the name of the site and no way to contact the seller? Has anyone received their order??

Definitely a fraudulent site located outside the EU. No recourse possible other than amicable (Good luck..).

Hello, since January 11, I ordered 2 jerseys. The tracking number is 10231, but there is no tracking or information. I think it sounds like a scam with no customer service.

I ordered and I still haven't received anything. This is the second time I've gone to file a complaint for this.
