Hello,

I've been hearing about this site "DHgate" for several days...
I went on the site and the prices are much cheaper than normal. So please, can you tell me if it's a scam or not?

  What category of product is it??? Legal product or branded copy (Dior, CK, Diesel, etc., software cracked)? Certain furs are seized by customs when the value exceeds 30 euros. If the package is inspected, it can be held in customs (xx days) and will additionally arrive with customs clearance fees (€10), customs taxes of 10% on merchandise, and shipping + 20% VAT. I do not know the customs rates; what I'm providing is based on things that have happened to me several times. The solution is to make several small purchases under €30 when shipping is free. Avoid DHL; they themselves conduct inspections of packages and must be paid for corrections. The slowest, cheapest, and safest option: China Post or Hong Kong Post, around 30 days ±10. If the value is high + €100, use the registered option (recommended).
  Dhgate and other Alibaba (listed on the New York Stock Exchange) are not scams, and they ruthlessly remove dishonest sellers. Furthermore, your payment will only be released to the seller after your confirmation of receipt and conformity.

To avoid problems, I order from sellers who are well-rated (4 and 5 stars) and recommended by DHgate even better...

I have ordered several times from this site (watches, jewelry) with no issues: beautiful products as described. Of course, since it comes from China, the delay is long, 1 to 2 months, but by paying 1 or 2 euros more, it’s faster.

  Thank you very much for your response, you have helped me a lot. But just because it comes from China doesn't mean it takes long: I regularly shop on AliExpress and the delivery through AliExpress Standard Shipping is often free or costs 2-3 € with tracking within 14 to 17 days FROM CHINA.

I'm basically at my 10th purchase on this site (clothing, electronics, etc.)
To date, I have always received everything, within a (fairly) reasonable timeframe of 14 days on average. And above all, with no returns.
The sizes are true to fit, colors and products match.

I am still waiting for 3 packages from them.

It's a scam because the site or the sellers never respond. I spent 88 euros, since there's no PayPal, I paid by Apple Pay, but it's a scam, be careful, don't buy from them.
