Hello,
I just switched operators and therefore changed my box, and my landline shows the message "turn on base," I have no dial tone. If I call my landline from my mobile, it rings on the mobile but does not ring on the landline.

Yes, of course, I informed Bouygues, but since then the staff from the platform has been contacting me and can't find a solution!
