Hello,
I just switched operators and therefore changed my box, and my landline shows the message "turn on base," I have no dial tone. If I call my landline from my mobile, it rings on the mobile but does not ring on the landline.

    is the base connected or not?
    Were you using the box as a base before?
    If your box was the base and the new one doesn't have the DECT base function, you'll need to reconnect the phone base.

        The base must be connected to the box; not all boxes recognize DECT, but all boxes accept bases.

      The base is properly connected to the green phone socket number 1 behind the box, and the handset is connected to the power supply (no other connection options).
