Hello,
Here is what I would like: I would like to have a window/popup at the launch of my Word document that would allow me to fill in several fields and, depending on what I fill in this window, the data would automatically be placed in the correct spots in the document.
Is that feasible?

Hello,
There are several solutions, it all depends on your precise needs.
As Raymond told you, there is the Mail Merge solution if you have a database.
If that is not the case and you want to do fill-in-by-hand, you can use the ASK fields:

And for a solution that is finely tuned, you need to macro and create Userforms.
