Hello,

I'm looking to create a color gradient in a table cell.

When I go to borders and shading, I can fill it with color and pattern but not with a gradient. Do you have a solution, please?

I'm using Office Word for Mac...

Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 533.22.3

No! You cannot fill an Excel spreadsheet cell or a Word table cell with a gradient.
This functionality only exists in the Drawing tool (and thus can be used in Excel charts as well as in WordArt).

Thank you, but in Excel, how do you do it, because when I click on a cell, I can only fill it with a solid color and patterns but still not with a gradient...

That's exactly what Raymond said, it's not usable either in Excel. Only in the charts.

      Hello everyone,
In Excel, but not in Word, you can fill a cell with a gradient. You need to open the Format Cells dialog (using the dialog box launcher), go to the Fill tab, and use the Patterns and Textures button.
      Have a nice day.
