Hello,
The Apache OpenOffice application (4.1.6) regularly shuts down when opening an
ODT file. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled (downloaded from OpenOffice.org)
the application: the problem persists. I read (forum) that the solution might be to purge
the OpenOffice user profile? If so, could you provide me with the exact procedure
to follow?

Thank you, it's really simple with this operation! Unlike what is said in the OO forum.....
Now I will try to install OpenOffice again
