Hello
my boyfriend has a Samsung XCover 4 4G NFC but he can't make calls; it says outgoing calls are prohibited and he can't send texts either. The SIM card is active. Thank you for your help.

Restart your phone just in case..

Hello, good problem solved in fact I called Orange and gave my customer number to activate the line and after restarting the phone it works.

So here is the solution if you have the same issue with your phones
call your operator and do what is asked, it's that simple
I should point out that I placed my plan order through the Orange website.
