Hello everyone.
I have a Samsung GT-C3590 phone and it doesn't ring when I receive SMS messages. What settings should I adjust for it to work?
In the meantime, thanks to those who are willing to help me.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 74.0.3729.169

Hello,
Menu, Settings, Sound profile, Change message alert tone, that’s probably where you need to act!
It’s also noted in the user manual.

Thank you for your response
I tried with a communication call and it works. The sound comes after a few minutes, I’m calling from my landline. I think it will be the same when receiving a text message.

The phone also works when a text message arrives.
