Hello,
I just received effective help for a connection issue with CCM.
And it’s happening again, starting from my wife’s computer (Windows 10, Microsoft Edge browser)!
The problem: when I want to access my bank website (Crédit Agricole) from my computer (Windows 7, Chrome browser), just clicking on "Identifiant" brings up the account numbers to consult; one click and it’s done. On my wife’s computer, I have to enter the identifier manually.
I just spent an hour looking in Microsoft Edge, My account; I couldn't find anything that could solve my problem (but I don’t understand everything!).
Thanks in advance to any kind souls who might put me on the right track or suggest a solution.
Best regards
Configuration: Windows / Edge 17.17134

Hello, or rather hello again since we had the opportunity to discuss another topic this morning.
For memorizing your username, check the login page to see if there is a checkbox indicating "remember my username on my browser" (or a similar phrase...)
In any case, that’s the option offered by LCL which works like Crédit-Agricole...
If this box is checked and the memorization is lost upon logout, it’s probably in the browser’s history settings on closing that the parameter needs to be modified...
The potential use of a cleaner like CCleaner can cause this kind of issue (in that case you need to set an exclusion rule in the advanced settings)
P.S.: your question was already the same for Chrome: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-36058660-liaison-avec-mon-site-bancaire
My mission is to kill time and his is to kill me in turn.

Well yes, it's exactly the same question; but this time, I'm asking it from my wife's computer (Windows 10 + Edge) where I struggled for part of the afternoon.
Thank you for your suggestions. I just checked again on the CA homepage: no checkbox, nothing more by clicking left or right. I will continue by going to their help forum; I saw an answer to an identical question for Google.
Have a good evening.
However, the topic remains open here and if an Edge user, a CA client, comes by... well, they can share their experience with you
Have a good evening as well
