Hello
My Dymo Letratag ax50 displays "error 1" on its screen and does not print.
What should I do?
To know, I've had it for quite a while, as well as the cartridge inside.
The Dymo has hardly ever been used.
But the manual doesn't mention anything about this error message.
Could you please help me?
