Asus ROG ATK Package Backlit Keyboard

Hello everyone,

I have an Asus ROG GL552VX. It has a red backlit keyboard. During Windows updates or certain driver installations, the ATK driver stops working properly, and I have to reinstall it.

That's what I did again today. Except that the keyboard lights up for a few seconds during startup (Asus logo) and then turns off .. Unable to control it with the FN+F4 or FN+F3 keys.. I tried to repair it, uninstall and reinstall it, update drivers with Driverscloud, scan for viruses, etc.. Nothing.

I even removed the battery, pressed power several times, and restarted the machine, nothing...

Does anyone have a solution because I don't know what else to try ...

    Hello to everyone who will see this post! I found the solution!! First, you need to uninstall the Asus smart gesture driver, restart the PC, and then install the ATK package driver. There you go, I hope this helps some of you who might have the same issue.
