Hello,
I have an Asus laptop without a numeric keypad and the num lock key is on (black lock). I must have made a wrong move, and when I type u, it shows 4, and many other keys are out of order.
How can I disable the num lock key?

Hello, if it's not working after you've pressed num lock, or even if pressing it makes a sound, it means you have mouse keys enabled. This indicates that you’ve likely selected the mouse keys option in your computer’s menu by mistake. It means you've replaced the primary function of your numeric keypad with mouse keys. To change it back, you need to go to the small arrow pointing up at the bottom right of your screen and click on the little sheet with the four red arrows, then uncheck "Turn on Mouse Keys" on the first line.
