Hello,
I recently purchased a SKYPIX TSN410 scanner that I can't get to work despite the manual's instructions...
1st problem: When I insert my SD card into the scanner, it doesn't turn on... However, when I remove the SD card, the scanner starts up.
2nd problem: When I turn on the scanner, the red "err" LED stays on constantly.
I went through the manual step by step.
I insert the batteries + the SD card. I set the TimeSet and then format the card.
But despite that, the red LED remains lit.
If anyone has encountered this issue and found a solution, please let me know.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 67.0
